    Welcome to JMAS Collective LLC (DBA Oasis Properties Group). These Terms of Service (TOS) govern your use of our A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging services, including SMS, MMS, and other mobile communications. By opting into our messaging services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge compliance with TCPA, CTIA, GDPR, and applicable carrier regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  2. Messaging Consent & User Agreement

    • 2.1 Opting In
      By providing your phone number and opting in via: Online forms, SMS keyword subscription, In-person sign-up, Other authorized methods, You expressly consent to receive messages, including promotional, transactional, and informational messages from JMAS Collective LLC/Oasis Properties Group.
    • 2.2 Message Frequency & Rates
      Message Frequency is the number of messages may vary based on your engagement and
      preferences. Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply per your
      carrier’s terms.

  3. Opt-Out & User Controls

    You can opt out of receiving A2P messages at any time by: Replying STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Replying HELP for customer service assistance. Opting out does not affect other non-SMS communications (e.g., email).

  4. Data Collection & Privacy

    We collect and process your information in compliance with our Privacy Policy . By using our services, you agree that we may collect Personal Information: Name, phone number, email, etc. Messaging Content: Any messages exchanged via our platform. Device & Usage Data: IP address, carrier details, and timestamps.

  5. Restrictions & Prohibited Use

    You agree not to use our messaging services for Spam, fraudulent, or misleading content. Harassment, abuse, or illegal activities. Unauthorized commercial advertising. Violating TCPA, CTIA, or carrier guidelines. Any violation may result in immediate termination of service.

  6. Compliance & Legal Disclosures

    Our services comply with:
    TCPA (U.S.) – Requires express written consent for marketing texts. CTIA – Ensures adherence to carrier rules. GDPR (EU) – Protects personal data rights. CAN-SPAM Act – Governs commercial messages.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    JMAS Collective LLC/Oasis Properties Group is not liable for: Carrier delays, message failures, or technical issues beyond our control. Unauthorized use of your phone number by third parties. Damages resulting from service interruptions or errors.

  8. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
